Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes possession of the goods. Delivery is also deemed to have occurred if the shipment is deposited at a parcel shop or handed over to a third party designated by the customer (e.g. a neighbor), provided this takes place due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt at the specified delivery address.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products, nor to sample items, exhibition pieces, or prototypes, insofar as these are not suitable for regular resale due to their specific nature and this circumstance was clearly communicated prior to the conclusion of the contract.

The costs of the return shipment as well as any applicable customs duties or fees (e.g. for non-EU countries) are to be borne by the customer. A direct exchange of items purchased online is not offered. After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. Entrepreneurs are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
Please wait for our response before sending back any returns. Goods may only be returned after confirmation has been received from us. Returns sent without prior registration or without waiting for our return instructions will be considered improperly initiated and may not be accepted by us.
Returns that are sent without prior registration, without awaiting our return instructions, or outside the statutory withdrawal period may be rejected by us or returned to the customer at their expense.
