Right of Withdrawal & Revocation
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without stating reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by them took possession of the goods. Delivery also includes the deposit of the shipment in a parcel shop or handing it over to a third party named by the customer (e.g. neighbors), if this occurs due to the inability to deliver to the specified delivery address.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to individualized or personalized products, nor to samples, display items, or prototypes, if these are not suitable for regular resale due to their special nature and this circumstance was clearly communicated before the contract was concluded.

The costs of the return are to be borne by the customer.
Direct exchange of items purchased online is not offered. After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. Entrepreneurs do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Please wait for our reply before sending the return. Goods may only be returned after receiving confirmation. Returns made without prior notification or without awaiting our return information are considered not properly initiated and do not have to be accepted by us.

Returns that are made without prior notification, without awaiting our return information, or outside the statutory withdrawal period may be rejected by us or sent back to the customer at their expense.
