SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipment
We deliver to Austria, selected countries in the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped from Vienna.
Delivery times & costs
The delivery time is usually:
– approx. 3 – 6 working days within Austria (GLS € 6.90), free shipping from € 149.
– approx. 4 – 9 working days to DE (GLS € 9.90) BENELUX (GLS € 9.90), free shipping from € 149.
– approx. 4 – 9 working days to CZ, HU, SL, SK (GLS € 12.90).
– approx. 6 – 12 working days to FR, IT, PL, DK, SCHW, ESP (Austrian Post € 14.90).
– approx. 7 – 14 working days for deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein (€ 16.90 plus customs duties and any import fees that may apply).
– approx. 7 – 14 working days to Great Britain (€ 19.90 plus customs duties and any import fees that may apply).
The stated delivery times are to be understood as guidelines .
Deliveries to other countries are possible upon request . Please contact us in advance by email: office@impibag.com.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
Shipping service provider
Shipping within Austria, Germany, and selected countries of the European Union is insured and handled by GLS . Deliveries to Switzerland , Great Britain , Liechtenstein , and other selected countries of the European Union are handled by Austrian Post .
Shipment tracking
For shipments via GLS , the shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent directly by GLS . For shipments via Austrian Post, you will receive the tracking information by email from office@impibag.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries to countries outside the European Union (especially Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom ) may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the respective customs or shipping service providers.
RETURN
Right of withdrawal & cancellation
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes possession of the goods. Delivery also includes depositing the shipment in a parcel shop or handing it over to a third party designated by the customer (e.g., a neighbor), provided this occurs due to the inability to deliver to the specified delivery address.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to individualized or personalized products, as well as to samples, exhibition pieces or prototypes, provided that these are not suitable for regular resale due to their special nature and this fact was clearly communicated before the conclusion of the contract.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Direct exchanges of items purchased online are not offered. After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. Businesses are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

Please wait for our confirmation before sending your return. Goods may only be returned after you have received our confirmation. Returns made without prior notification or without waiting for our return information will be considered improperly initiated and we are not obligated to accept them.
Returns made without prior notification, without waiting for our return information, or outside the statutory withdrawal period may be refused by us or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
